Ways to Work Together
Virtual support for clients across Canada and worldwide.
Choosing Between Counselling and Coaching
1:1 counselling (MPCC-P) is mainly for British Columbia residents and may be covered by insurance. Coaching, group sessions, workshops, and digital resources are available across Canada and worldwide.
Both are trauma-informed and heart-centered. Counselling is regulated clinical care, while coaching provides non-clinical insight, skills, and transformation.
Not sure which fits? Book a free connection call and we’ll figure it out together.
